Our 2nd Annual Jambalaya Jam & Cook-off was a smashing success! More than 100 guests enjoyed jambalaya tastings from participating restaurants, as well as live Cajun and Zydeco music from Le Travaillant.
The event was held at Cork & Kerry on Feb. 24, 2020. Tarot card reader Kathy Konopasek entertained guests with a taste of New Orleans clairvoyance. Balloon artist Jamie McCann from Scenic Backdrops decorated the space with Mardi Gras ballon “beads”. Cork & Kerry mixed delicious Hurricane cocktails for the crowd, and Swanson’s provided jalapeño cornbread to complement the tastings.
